Terms for Printed Products

The following is the terms between Orange Chair Promotions and the client:

AGREEMENT: Based upon the product or service, the process begins once the form is received by a representative. There is a maximum of 2 revisions per order, additional revisions may be purchased for $10. Refunds may be dispersed if request is not ethical to the discretion of the designer. All prices, services and packages are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT: The client agrees to pay Orange Chair Promotions via Google Check Out. Any cancelations or change to the order must be made before approval and payment. Once the designs are submitted to the printer it is complete unless there is an error by the printer. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE SUBMITTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS received.

ERRORS: It is the clients job to proof the order and be sure that all the information is correct. Orange Chair Promotions is not liable for any typographic errors once approved.

RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP: All designs remain property of Orange Chair Promotions or our venders unless the artwork is supplies by client. No raw files will be given to the client. Orange Chair Promotions reserves the right to display designs on website without showing any personal information.
